The VVOB Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) Project is part of the larger Early Grade Reading Instruction (EGRI) research. The project aims to develop and implement a systematic, replicable CEA methodology for evaluating teacher continuous professional development (CPD) interventions. By applying this framework to the EGRI pilot, the project will generate actionable insights on the costs and educational effectiveness of this blended learning model and enable comparisons with other approaches.
