UNICEF two-day event on life skills in Amman on 1-2 Feb through the PROSPECTS partnership

UNICEF Regional Office for Middle East and North Africa and Regional Office for East and South Africa, together with UNICEF HQ Education colleagues are hosting a two-day event on life skills in Amman through the PROSPECTS partnership

The event, Learning from Experiences in the MENA & ESA Regions, takes place in Aman from 1-2 February 2023 @ InterContinental Hotel, Amman/Jordan. JET's

Carla Pereira, JET Senior Research Associate, will be presenting the key findings from research on the (Micro-) Credentialing of non-formal skills. 

The Prospects Partnership is a four-year, multi-country initiative working to find sustainable solutions to support better integration and inclusion of refugees and forcibly displaced individuals in their host communities. The ultimate aim of the Partnership is to achieve self-reliance and empowerment of forcibly displaced individuals through supporting comprehensive programmes for them and the communities that host them. Partners include the government of the Netherlands, the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Refugee agency (UNHCR), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank.
