Towards the Professionalisation of TVET Lecturers was written by Dr. Jane Hofmeyr and JET researcher Zaahedah Vally. The paper examines this important topic in a range of countries, including South Africa, and is the third output of a five-year TVET research project commissioned by the Department of Higher Education and Training and the National Skills Authority, and undertaken in partnership with the University of the Western Cape.
