We are pleased to announce the conference: NPOs Working in Education: From Promise to Practice, taking place on 28-29 May 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
We hope to showcase some of the amazing work that NPOs are doing and the contribution they are making to education in South Africa. Our key theme is Collaborative Partnerships for Education - exploring how we work together with others to get more done, leverage specialised expertise and get the most out of our partnerships. Funding is another key issue we will discuss.
The conference includes the inaugural NASCEE AGM on 28 May, where we look forward to electing the Board of Directors for NASCEE and setting the agenda for the next twelve months.
Following the AGM, there will be a cocktail event to celebrate the formalisation and launch of the National Association of Social Change Entities in Education, creating a voice for NPOs working in Education.
The cost of attending is R750 incl VAT (if you register before 15 April 2019) or R950 incl VAT (if you register after 15 April 2019).
