Beaulah Stanley is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 29 years of experience across the corporate, private, and non-profit sectors.

Beaulah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her career spans a diverse range of industries, including banking, FMCG, manufacturing, and the non-profit sector. She has accumulated 15 years of experience within the corporate and private sectors, having worked with leading organisations such as Standard Bank, Nedbank, AVI Group, DHL, and Mercedes-Benz South Africa. She also completed her articles with Charles Orbach Auditors, laying a strong foundation in auditing, compliance, and financial management.

Beaulah has also worked with organisations such as ActionAid International, Anova Health Institute, and Africa Resource Centre. She has strong leadership in project management, systems implementation, compliance, and change management.

One of her notable achievements includes working in India with Standard Bank as a Project Manager, where she played a key role in the implementation of a treasury system. She has successfully led and implemented financial and operational systems across multiple organisations, including SunSystems at ActionAid International and Intacct at both Anova Health Institute and Africa Resource Centre.

Beaulah is highly regarded for her ability to establish robust policies and procedures, identify operational gaps, minimise organisational risk, and ensure audit readiness and compliance. Her expertise in governance, internal controls, and change management has consistently contributed to strengthening organisational performance and sustainability.

Beyond her professional achievements, Beaulah is passionate about community development and social impact. She is actively involved in initiatives that support underprivileged children during school holidays by providing educational support and meals. She is married and a proud mother of two boys. She joins JET Education Services as Chief Financial Officer on 1 June 2026.
