IPASA (Independent Philanthropy Association South Africa) is a “membership-based organisation of independent funders committed to growing, supporting, and transforming philanthropy in South Africa.”
Nathalie is now a Council member (since June 2023) and this position will ensure that JET participates actively in, and influences the strategic design and implementation of private philanthropy work. The improved and structured focus on funding and also understanding basic education needs, early learning gaps for support, have been top of mind for IPASA and JET has already started to drive and influence events and research questions. Nathalie will serve on the Annual Symposium subcommittee and the next event is scheduled for 1-2 November, Cape Town.
