JET is an accredited IiP organisation meeting the world-recognised Investors in People Standard, reflecting the very best in people management excellence. Investors in People works to assist organisations to improve their people management processes and ethos in order to achieve their desired goals and ensure sustainability. Fourteen-thousand organisations across the world hold the internationally recognised IiP accreditation.
JET will start a review process with IiP from mid-August up to October. JET acquired a Solver rating 3 years ago and we anticipate significant improvements to be recorded with much focused interventions developed and implemented over the past years - we now have a recognition and awards process to provide immediate validation to staff and amongst peers; we have introduced a performance-based pay progression process (notch increases) for 2022 performance; and our line and senior managers have refined and strengthened support mechanisms, reporting lines and positively influenced the way that we work.
Whilst JET will not aim for a Gold outcome this time, achieving key indicator targets will be excellent for the organisation and our people.
