The appointed specialist manager will be offered a two-year fixed-term contract and must meet the following requirements:
- A Master’s Degree level education in international development, curriculum and policy or similar field.
- Knowledge of ICT in education.
- Proven track record of coordinating and supporting large scale complex interventions and extensive high-level project
coordination experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management, including large scale education projects with budget
tracking and flawless record keeping.
- A minimum of five (5) years of monitoring and evaluation experience.
- Experienced in curriculum review and development.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft suite, MS Access, R/Stata and programme management.
- Experienced with working with donors and donor countries preferred.
- Knowledge of linguistics and experience with working in African languages preferred.
