The employment contract offered is a fixed-term contract that will run for one year and is subject to renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping guardhouse clean and ensuring the guardhouse is not used for personal storage
- Keeping external areas cleaen
- Keeping the patio and back garden neat and tidy
- Replacing faulty lights/globes and ensuring there are always sufficient spares in stock
- Checking generator fuel, oil and radiator levels weekly
- Checking and cleaning generator battery terminals
- Ensuring the pool car is serviced annually
- Taking out the garbage bins weekly
- Providing delivery and driver services when required, e.g. delivering board packs, tender documents, visiting bank, post office, airport etc. as required
Knowledge and skills required:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year of gardening and handyman experience
- Ability to use garden tools
- Maintenance skills
- Knolwedge of how to operate an irrigation system
- Driver’s licence
