Fund Administration
JET’s Finance and Administration Division has built up a reputation for sound financial management and effective administration of development projects in the education sector. As well as fulfilling its responsibilities for the financial management of JET, the Division is contracted to provide financial management services to a range of external clients.
These services include:
- Fund holding and management
- Preparation and monitoring of project budgets and related expenditure
- Production of project management accounts.
Depending on the needs of individual projects and clients, the Division also handles:
- Preparation of contracts with project service providers
- Administration of project logistics
- Preparation of project procedure manuals
- Recruitment services for projects
- Management and coordination of external audits.
