School Development and Support Division
Schooling is key to the quality of skills in every sphere of social and economic life. The challenge of improving schooling and redistributing resources to create a more equitable schooling system in South Africa is beset by a host of complexities which point to some of the reasons why South African schools seem to under-perform relative to the country’s wealth, the proportion of the national budget and donor funds spent on education.
Fund Administration
JET’s Finance and Administration Division has built up a reputation for sound financial management and effective administration of development projects in the education sector. As well as fulfilling its responsibilities for the financial management of JET, the Division is contracted to provide financial management services to a range of external clients.
Education Research and Development Division
JET’s Evaluation and Research Division’s (ERD) primary objective is to apply cutting edge research and evaluation techniques in the education and training sector, in order to assess programme interventions, and guide education policy and practice.
