Aneesha Mayet, Specialist Manager, Qualitative Evaluation and Research

Aneesha has a Masters Degree in Education. She has worked in the field of education and research for over 20 years, managing large scale quantitative as well as smaller qualitative research projects.

She has been with JET for over 7 years, having started in the RPL unit where she worked on developing the RPL Assessment Handbook for the ETDP SETA, and an accredited assessors course for generic and RPL assessments which was offered to the public. She worked as a Research Manager before being appointed senior Research Manager, Qualitative Evaluation and Research in JET’s EERD division.
 

Responsibilities:
Aneesha manages the Qualitative Research Unit and its staff; tenders for new work; manages research projects within the unit, mentors, supports and guides staff within the unit and the division, contributes to the management functions of the unit, division and the organisation.
